Training in Human Resources
PEBGA emerged to meet the demands of the Tucuruí municipality, mainly due to the implementation of the Tucuruí Hydroelectric Power Plant (UHE), considering that in the region there was a shortage of qualified professionals to carry out activities in projects of this size. The program, together with the degrees offered by the Tucuruí University Campus (CAMTUC / UFPA), is part of a set of actions to meet the need for training of human resources that can attend special projects and companies located in the region. Particularly in respect of dam structures, which have a significant presence in various locations in the North region and are intended for various purposes. PEBGA, as a Professional Master, proposes to train professionals who are working in companies located in the municipality of Tucuruí and other cities in the Amazon, giving them scientific and technological knowledge to perform their activities in harmony with the aspects environmental, social and economic factors involved in the implementation of these enterprises.
