North Central Electric Power Stations
The PEBGA has interactions with companies and other projects implemented in the municipality of Tucuruí. These interactions are the result of partnerships signed by UFPA in order to provide training and qualification of human resources that meet the demands of the region, resulting from the establishment of several types of enterprises in this municipality and other locations in the North. From this perspective, for example, the partnership between UFPA and Centrais Elétricas do Norte S.A. (Eletrobrás / Eletronorte) stands out. Both institutions act jointly in their respective areas of activity, in order to promote actions that contribute to the development of the Amazon in several sectors, especially with regard to the technological aspect.
Technical Visits
For the first group, two guided technical visits were carried out, with the participation of Professors and professionals of the area. One to the Tucuruí Hydroelectric Plant and another to the Belo Monte construction site
